From legend to legend, it’s time for another massive milestone for the club.

Andrew ‘Needles’ Needham will be celebrating his 400th match for TEM on Sunday at H1 from 12:30pm, playing with the MPA side. Needles has been a massive contributor to the club over the years, playing a significant amount of his games at the top level. He has really stepped up over the last few years in a time of need, having been in the role of Men’s VP and playing in the MVL1 team last season to add some experience to the squad. So get down on Sunday to show him the love that we share for the old man!

Andrew Needham will play his 400th match for TEM this weekend!

Also, Garth Dawson celebrated his 200th match last weekend as his MVL1R team defeated Brunswick. We have loved having Garthy back around the club playing seniors over the past few years after a significant junior career, and hope to see him around for many more years to come. Well done mate!

Around the grounds, it’s not the busiest of weekends for the club. The juniors are still on their school holiday bye, and the Women’s Premier League are also on a break given the ongoing Under 21 State Championships. The MVL1 boys look to get back on track vs a desperate Gippsland Bulls outfit in Drouin tomorrow. Hopefully it is a successful bus trip for the squad!

Best of luck to all senior teams in action this weekend! #gotem

Milestones: Andrew Needham – 400 games (MPA), Garth Dawson – 200 games last week (MVL1R)

Performance of the week: Goes to WMA. A mighty 4-3 win against Brunswick was topped off by a hat-trick to the milestone woman Nicole Pitcher in her 300th. Thanks to the crowd that came out to support!
