Hook in 2 Hockey is an initiative from Hockey Australia to provide an introductory hockey program, typically for 5 to 12 year olds. More details can be found by contacting our Juniors Vice-President, Leesa Needham at juniors@temhockey.com.
For Term 1 2024, TEM Hockey Club will be running a Hook In2 Hockey program on Thursday afternoons.
Runs Thursday 29 February to 28 March 5pm to 6pm
The program will be led by a team of talented and enthusiastic coaches who participate in TEM’s open age teams.

What to expect:
Participants will be taken through the basic skills needed to play a game of hockey. Each session will end with game based activities. The emphasis is on fun and learning some skills to get started.
Who is it for:
Any beginners aged from 5-12
Venue:
H1 Hockey pitch, 482 Auburn Road, Hawthorn
When:
Thursdays 5.00 - 6.00pm, commencing 29 February until 28 March
Equipment:
Sticks and shin guards supplied. Wear football socks and runners if possible and parents should organise mouthguards, sunscreen and a drink bottle for participants
Cost:
$60 for the full program, first session is a FREE come and try
